The position is primarily responsible in leading the data analytics projects of traditional channels through collaborating with stakeholders in defining business problems, selecting analytical frameworks and methodologies, analyzing complex data sets, presenting and ensuring successful implementation of recommendations.

• Collect, analyze and report management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and identified business performance issues
• Support analytics requirements of key projects and workstreams of the channel
• Drive the use of data to create business value through visualization
• Lead in the selection of appropriate frameworks, tools, and approaches to use in solving various types of business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problem, research objectives, hypotheses to test, design of experiment, and methodologies
• Present key findings, insights, and recommendations to Management and ensure successful implementation of proposed actions
• Study business information (sales and customers), industry, social and economic conditions and their potential impact to business operations Support in the preparation of regular reports generated by other members of the team
• Maintain relationships with key people within and outside the company

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Computer Science or related fields
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Prior experience in using statistical techniques to analyze and uncover insights from complex data
• Prior experience in using SAS Analytics or Enterprise Miner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
