Objectives:

EHS related KPIs Budget and maintenance cost control Assets Availability/reliability. Main Tasks:

EHS Responsibilities According to corporate, company and statutory EHS requirements, implement the relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures Assist in development of safety, health, environment protection standards of the Lab, continuously improve Lab EHS performance, keep tracking and close all EHS open items in a timely manner Involve in the safety review for MOC and capex, involve in the investigation for root cause of any incident and near miss in the Lab As the Lab safety supervisor, assist Lab manager to ensure safety production in the Lab Employees are responsible for complying with the requirements of the EHS policy and procedures. Assets Management Establish and oversee the implementation of preventative maintenance and repairing programs according to machinery/equipment specifications and the utilization Establish and monitor the spare parts levels and an effective reporting system of repair activities to ensure no interruption in production process and efficient use of machinery/equipment Monitor and analyze the daily maintenance activity, cooperate with maintenance team to update and optimize maintenance strategy, coordinate with production management to define WI or best practice According to machinery/equipment specifications and the utilization and practice, make turnaround schedule, evaluate the result of turnaround implementation, and update related schedule or plans Assists Lab manager in the evaluation and prioritization of capital projects; Manage for the execution as capital projects in Lab, i.e. application, installation, timing, quality, cost etc. Cooperate with Lab management, test engineers, maintenance team to propose technical changeover planning, and implement planning Evaluate and develop function annual budgets, including technical maintenance, production support, Lab change and capex; Administer funds according to budget approval. Provide information to management regarding the budget for equipment, software and hardware purchases/installation and maintenance. Dealing with machinery suppliers and building service contractor Quality Management Support GELDAS execution Ensure high production quality by maintaining machinery/equipment/system reliability. Lead Root Cause Analysis of quality deviation (i.e. out of spec, NCM etc.) caused by equipment/system failure, monitor the execution of continuous improvement plan. Ensure the objectives and operating procedure of QM system being implemented in the whole assets management Documentation Consolidate, compile and update assets manuals and procedures Update technical document in time Be responsible for management of assets related confidential documents People Management Assist Lab manager in training operators, conduct technical training/ workshop to test team Ad hoc task as and when required. Requirements:

Education: Bachelor in mechanic or mechanical automation Working Experience: 4 years above equipment management experience in Engine/Powertrain Lab priority Technical & Professional Knowledge: Have quality knowledge of TS16949 and ISO 9001 Good computer skill and data analysis skill Good English
