Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant liaison with shippers, forwarders and airlines to identify and implement facilitation measures for the HKIA cargo customers
• Conduct studies and consultation with air cargo security solution vendors, civil aviation authority and industry stakeholders to identify and implement viable air cargo security screening solutions for HKIA
• Work with and facilitate the Government and industry stakeholders on adoption or implementation of various air cargo security solutions, including pallet screening, canine screening and various secure transport solutions
• Work with CTOs to provide assistance and strategic alignment for deployment of screening solution and capacity
• Establish and maintain relations as well as assist major air cargo shippers to use the HKIA

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport, Aviation, Supply Chain or other related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years working experience in aviation or air cargo logistics related company with solid customers relationship management experience. 
• Solid experience in multi-national air cargo key account development or management or air cargo customer services is preferred.  
• Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented. 
• Proven experience in managing multi-national customers or business development capability
• Proactive and well-organized with good planning and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Putonghua)
