Responsibilities:
- To assist in providing support in the formulation of Building Rehabilitation Strategy including researching for supporting information, providing technical advice and cost estimating, carrying out building survey and maintenance studies, preparing management reports on findings and recommendations
- To assist in preparing proposals on rehabilitation strategies and schemes for management approval. Establish and maintain policies and operation procedures for implementation of approved rehabilitation strategies and schemes
- To assist in implementing the rehabilitation strategies by providing input to the planning, organization and implementation of all rehabilitation related programs and activities
- To prepare standard template of maintenance manual and guidelines
- To collaborate with professional institutes in promoting preventive maintenance
- To assist in the operation of the Building Rehabilitation Platform
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent in relevant building/construction profession or housing management related discipline
- Recognized professional qualifications (e.g. MHKIS/ MHKIE/ MHKIA/ MHKIH or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in the building/construction or housing management field
- Good presentation and communication skills
