Key responsibilities

This position provides automation support to business teams for operation delivery continuous improvement to achieve overall effectiveness and efficiency gain.

• Responsible for leading the design, development, delivery and maintenance of the automation tools, such as VBA tools, RPA (Uipath) tools and etc.
• Overall manage and maintain Finance team automation tools and solve problems if any
• Work with BA to identify automation potential of Finance team
• Manage and maintain the documentation of development process
• Lead initiatives to improve development process
• Be a source of expertise about automation for others in Finance team
• Provide coaching to team members or conduct knowledge sharing

Qualification Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business related, Information Systems, Computer Science or a similar discipline
• 5 years’ experience in automation development related technologies
• Knowledge of VBScript / VBA / Python / SQL Server and etc.
• Knowledge of RPA tools is an added advantage
• Passionate about using technology to solve business problems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Good command of English, read and write
