This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 3 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the implementation of both Approach Spacing Management System and Ground Movement Control System projects
• Coordinate with Civil Aviation Department and internal operation departments to consolidate all functional / user requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments and the Contractor for budget control and progress monitoring
• Supervise the Contractor and co-ordinate all relevant stakeholders to solve any project related issues
• Organize meetings and prepare progress report for senior management's review

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder preferably in Electronic Engineering, Aviation Management
• With minimum 6 years of solid experience in airport operation, air traffic management or project management
• Possession of professional qualification in aviation or engineering is an advantage
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Possess a valid HK driving license
