Job Description
Our client is a sizable/expanding organization hosting a number of complex and mega events. They are looking for a seasoned/experienced candidate to lead and manage their facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for facilities cleaning, event set-up, pest control and landscaping operation
- Monitor and control the inventories consumption and the wastage of equipment, guest supplies, cleaning supplies
- Review and monitor the performance of service partners provided in accordance with the service contract requirements
- Maintain the service efficiency, effectiveness and the reporting of daily operations for different events
- Develop operation procedures, guideline and instructions for service improvement
- Ensure timely preparation and execution of all service orders
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 8 years of property management experience in sizable organization or hospitality industry of which at least 3 years at managerial level
- Experience in cleaning operations is a must, good knowledge of event set up and landscaping operation will be an advantage
- Attentive to details, systematic thinking; strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all level with professionalism and respect, with emphasis on client-centered service
- Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
