Job Description

Our client is a sizable/expanding organization hosting a number of complex and mega events. They are looking for a seasoned/experienced candidate to lead and manage their facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for facilities cleaning, event set-up, pest control and landscaping operation
  • Monitor and control the inventories consumption and the wastage of equipment, guest supplies, cleaning supplies
  • Review and monitor the performance of service partners provided in accordance with the service contract requirements
  • Maintain the service efficiency, effectiveness and the reporting of daily operations for different events
  • Develop operation procedures, guideline and instructions for service improvement
  • Ensure timely preparation and execution of all service orders

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 8 years of property management experience in sizable organization or hospitality industry of which at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Experience in cleaning operations is a must, good knowledge of event set up and landscaping operation will be an advantage
  • Attentive to details, systematic thinking; strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all level with professionalism and respect, with emphasis on client-centered service
  • Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
