Job Description
Responsibility:
- Assist in charity activities/ international conferences/ events' planning and implementation from concept development, budgeting, promotion, invoicing, production, to logistics and registration management;
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as NGOs, government departments, local and international institutions, etc.;
- Source and liaise with vendors and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure professional execution of charity activities/ international conferences/ events;
- Work independently and supervise the appointed vendors;
- Negotiate with potential sponsors and execute promotion plan in different agencies in Asia-Pacific regions’ and
- Handle other ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Event management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years related working experiences, preferably in Charity Service.
- Good command in spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an added advantage.
- Excellent communications and project management skills.
- Familiar with office computer software. Hand-on experience in social media applications and adobe applications is preferred, but not necessary.
- Independent, responsible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.
- Priority will be given to candidate with knowledge in the insurance and financial planning industry.
