Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing consolidated financial statements for the group and sub-group in accordance with USGAAP and IFRS for the purpose of US SEC, Hong Kong Stock Exchange and others reports filing
  • Preparing consolidated working and spreadsheet to external auditors for the group and sub-group interim and annual audit
  • Preparing statutory accounts, financial information and supporting documents in compliance with local statutory reporting requirements
  • Responsible for preparing the SOX documents for external audit
  • Supervise and review works from subordinate
  • Ad hoc assignments as delegated by management

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Graduate, major in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience of which 3 years from audit training from Big 4, candidate with less experience will be considered as senior accountant
  • Experience in handling consolidation for listed companies is a must
  • Knowledge of USGAAP/IFRS and familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules
  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheets, ERP system
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded, deadline driven, and ability to work independently
