Job Description
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing consolidated financial statements for the group and sub-group in accordance with USGAAP and IFRS for the purpose of US SEC, Hong Kong Stock Exchange and others reports filing
- Preparing consolidated working and spreadsheet to external auditors for the group and sub-group interim and annual audit
- Preparing statutory accounts, financial information and supporting documents in compliance with local statutory reporting requirements
- Responsible for preparing the SOX documents for external audit
- Supervise and review works from subordinate
- Ad hoc assignments as delegated by management
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- University Graduate, major in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines
- Qualified Accountant
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience of which 4 years from audit training from Big 4
- Experience in handling consolidation for listed companies is a must
- Knowledge of USGAAP/IFRS and familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets, ERP system
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded, deadline driven, and ability to work independently
