The Corporate Marketing and Public Relations Specialist is responsible for the development and/or improving the various corporate, brand, and product marketing initiatives that involves PR and communications to promote initiatives from in-branch, non-traditional channels, and partners.

He or she works with the rest of the team in developing external and internal communication materials that aims to drive proper utilization of touchpoints and execution of communication plans.

The Corporate Marketing and Public Relations Assistant Manager is also responsible for managing the reputation of the company, perceived brand quality, and its customer’s loyalty to the brand.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of BPLAC’s corporate branding strategy and ensure that the brand is consistently executed across all touch points for customers and employees.
  • Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns and promotional efforts to increase the company’s brand awareness and continuously improve brand health.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans to promote and support the company’s initiatives for product launches and customer campaigns.
  • Work with members of the Partnership Marketing Management team in developing and releasing a quarterly customer communication, tagged as “BPI-Philam and You” newsletter, to all existing customers via applicable media.
  • Assist in the company’s corporate communications including media relations and crisis communications to address applicable reputational risks and ensure consistent positive brand image to its customers, employees and public.
  • Develop and manage the brand guidelines including brand assets (e.g. logo trademark registration and maintenance) of the company’s in-branch channels.
  • Manage the communications aimed to promote existing and upcoming products of the different channels, its launch programs and campaigns
  • Provide strategic guidance to third party agencies and graphic artists to deliver required marketing communication materials
  • Develop creative and business writing requirements as needed

Other Roles

  • Effectively manage the marketing GOE budget.
  • Work with the various BPLAC, PAL, AIA and BPI counterparts, and external parties as required.
  • Support the Partnership Customer Marketing team to deliver tasks and requirements.
  • Perform other tasks as may be required by stakeholders.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts course
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing: Advertising / Branding / Public Relations / Marketing Communications preferably from a financial services company
  • Excellent communication skills both written (writing, proofreading, layout and design) and verbal (able to present concepts)
  • Highly creative with strong knowledge on current trends in media and social media
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with keen eye for detail and time management
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and can work under minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, video production and editing, MS Powerpoint or Keynote
  • Mobile, native English and Filipino speaker.
