This role is intended to play a key role in the growth of AIA Vitality business and expansion of its ecosystem with focus on partnerships, benefits and health solutions. This position will take ownership in managing and designing of partnership integration, engagement, reportings and research/analysis of results/trends to deliver desired customer experience and business outcomes.Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Expansion of AIA Vitality ecosystem of partnership and benefits: Oversee and manage the design and integration solutions with Partners and digital health solutions on mobile platform.
Play the key role to understand partner’s business operations and be able to identify the business processes and negotiated terms to design feasible member journeys and integrated solutions to bring partners/benefits on board.
Optimise design of benefit member journeys to drive business outcome
Responsible to discuss and negotiate with business partners to concur on a feasible member journey and system/reporting requirements.
Guide and work with team member to work out member journey options and supervise in transferring the business requirements to system team for development and implementation.
Lead and manage discussion between relevant stakeholders that include Group personnel, partner IT teams, internal vendor, internal project management team) for the implementation of solutions. Include managing the development, testing and implementation of solutions according to requirements and rollout as per planned timelines.
Lead in the requirements for any changes in system/structural set-up for benefits whether partner or Vitality initiated.
Formulate new ideas for reward redemption
2. New Benefit/Partner Selection and Analysis: Support in the enrichment of AIA Vitality Programme with the right selection of benefits and partners for AIA Vitality Programme.
Research methodology (insights of trends, brand preference and consumer trends/preferences).
Screening criteria (company’s background/growth, brand position, geographic footprint).
Landscape analysis (local market dynamics and goals, consumer behavior).
3. Reporting and Analysis
Responsible to identify the data required for the reporting in any setup for new partners and benefits.
Responsible to generate regular reports required to monitor benefits performance, trends and cost.
Ability to perform projections of benefit utilisation and cost for planning purpose.
Provision and analysis of reports for the tracking of all aspects of Vitality including but not limited to: Reports dashboard, Exception reports, Reconciliation and activity reports, and Gain insights on engagement trends, high impact issues and cost.
Minimum Job Requirements:
A degree in in Marketing, Business Management or its equivalent
5 years working experience preferably in marketing, business relationship management, business analyst or its equivalent
Customer focused, action-oriented, organized with strong time-management skill
Flexible and adaptable to multiple client accounts
Strong analytical and data management aptitude
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Sound problem solving and decision-making skills
Highly motivated and energetic professional who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, fast-growing environment
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
