Assistant Manager (Credit Administration) (Job ID: 2392)
Responsibilities
To handle credit administration transactions and customer enquiries
To prepare loan documentation and ensure condition precedent fulfillment and input of customers’ credit facilities To participate in various projects and carry out intiatives for process improvement
To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines
To take up ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Post-secondary graduate
A minimum of 2 years' banking/financial service experience in credit administration operations
Good understanding of various loan documents
Strong communication, problem-solving skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and Power Point
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
(Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the position of Officer (Credit Administration))
