Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Support Manager, Customer Care to manage the team to ensure work processes and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and client/customer service
  • Monitor and review call audits/reports/customer feedback to maintain quality standards and provide coaching to improve service quality, performance and productivity
  • Identify and evaluate key areas/processes to improve upon to increase client and customer satisfaction level
  • Train, coach and manage our Customer Service Coordinators in customer service best practices, processes, policies and procedures
  • Review all relevant documentation (e.g. customer return requests, product exchange, credit notes, etc.) to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Recommend appropriate solutions/measures to improve customer experience and meet KPI targets
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective and efficient service to customers
  • Contribute and support projects as assigned
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and other departments

Job requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Minimum two to three years’ experience in a similar role preferable in Healthcare industry; other industries will also be considered
  • Experience in call center/customer service environments
  • SAP knowledge is an added advantage
  • Ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
  • High attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
