Job Description

Our client, a sizable local bank is looking for a high caliber candidate to join their elite team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the Credit Card Hotline by providing information, handling of customers’ instructions.
  • Supervise the team to ensure complaints are handled with high quality manner.
  • Review staff performance regularly and conduct coaching or counseling whenever required.
  • Train and motive staffs to achieve service level and handle job independently and effectively.
  • Ensure staff complies to internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirement when delivering

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above
  • 5 years or more relevant experience in customer services/ call centre.
  • Prior experience in Banking is an advantage.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
