Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist Customer Services Manager to monitor the job efficiency, objective achievement and manpower planning
  • Manage the Credit Card Hotline by providing information, handling of customers’ instructions.
  • Monitor calls quality and the achievement of service level
  • Train and motive staffs to achieve service level and handle job independently and effectively
  • Provide support to marketing programs, reflect customers’ needs and suggestions for service enhancement

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary education with minimum 5 year’s relevant experience in customer services.
  • Familiar with banking products & operation flow
  • Experienced in manage a team of more than 10 staff
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both Chinese and English
