Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Assist Customer Services Manager to monitor the job efficiency, objective achievement and manpower planning
- Manage the Credit Card Hotline by providing information, handling of customers’ instructions.
- Monitor calls quality and the achievement of service level
- Train and motive staffs to achieve service level and handle job independently and effectively
- Provide support to marketing programs, reflect customers’ needs and suggestions for service enhancement
Requirements:
- Secondary education with minimum 5 year’s relevant experience in customer services.
- Familiar with banking products & operation flow
- Experienced in manage a team of more than 10 staff
- Good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both Chinese and English
