Assistant Manager, Customer Services (Bank/Credit Card/Management/Hotline)
Our client, a sizable local bank is looking for a high caliber candidate to join their elite team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the Credit Card Hotline by providing information, handling of customers’ instructions.
- Supervise the team to ensure complaints are handled with high quality manner.
- Train and motive staffs to achieve service level and handle job independently and effectively.
- Ensure staff complies to internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirement when delivering job duties.
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- 5 years or more relevant experience in customer services/ call centre.
- Prior experience in Banking is an advantage.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
