Responsibilities:

• Assist Delivery Manager to plan and implement delivery strategies across banners in the business group.
• Provide guideline for fleet management, setup KPIs to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Perform regular sales forecast and budget planning for delivery business sector.
• Evaluate and manage food delivery partners, formulate SLA, workflows, and handle service agreements for the partnership.
• Assign food delivery zone, allocate the best resource to restaurants by performance analysis to unlock delivery business opportunities.
• Work closely with banner operation team to implement new delivery solutions and management tools.
• Support digitalization for in-store and driver work flow, propose system enhancement, assist UAT and provide feedback for system roll out.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Management, Logistic or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in operation and familiar delivery business is advance preferably in retails, F&B or logistics fields
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in operation. Preferably in retails, F&B or logistics.
• Familiar with food delivery business is added advantage.
• Good with numbers - comfortable with data to inform decisions.
• Strong management skill with positive mind-set.
• Excellent written and spoken Cantonese and English.
• Able to communicate across different teams and resolve any issues that might arise.
• Be connected for urgent matters during non-office hours
• Immediate available preferred
