Job Description

The Overseas Region (MS/O) is responsible for large growth markets, small to medium-sized sales and marketing companies (MPCs), and importers' markets/general distributors for the Overseas Region. The region includes the markets Japan, South Korea, Australia/New Zealand, Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Latin America, Turkey, Russia and South Africa.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
 
- Support and contribute to the governance, standardization and performance steering of the Mercedes-Benz AG website and web applications in Region Overseas
- Execute, together with the Region Overseas markets, actions plans based on the website performance recommendations to improve and optimize the overall online customer journey and digital target achievement within Region Overseas
- Collaborate directly with markets to jointly drive their performance KPIs in line with the steering and direction of your Manager
- Be the regional business responsible for specific applications/initiatives/projects within the website to maintain and improve the overall website performance and customer journey
- Collaborate with the HQ business teams to translate global initiatives into Regional impact and to coordinate, where relevant, information/initiatives/projects from the HQ team/s towards the markets
- Collaborate within the Region Overseas Digital Marketing Hub to jointly drive a luxury online-to-offline customer journey
- Collaborate with your Manager to define and push the website business requirements and priority
- Support to consolidate and steer the Operational Planning (OP) budget process for all website related topics and provide the necessary input to your stakeholders for decision-making throughout the budget year
- Collaborate with the regional Agency team/s in order to deliver a Mercedes-Benz customer experience and leverage the synergies the Agency team/s provide towards the markets
- Contribute to the overall Digital Marketing Hub team’s strategic direction and play a key role in implementing action plans and initiatives to achieve the strategic team goals
- Support and collaborate with your Manager and the greater Digital Marketing Hub team in order to ensure the website regional operations are run effectively
