This position is responsible for the promotion of BPI-Philam products online and offline through retargeting and nurturing campaigns to build brand trust and to convert leads to sales.Create and implement marketing strategies to promote BPI-Philam products across all BPI-Philam owned, partner owned, earned, and paid media.
Evaluate and implement improvements on strategies for leads nurturing through retargeting campaigns, email marketing, and online to offline activations.
Develop processes and strategies to engage marketing and sales qualified leads by offering relevant information, supporting them in any way they need, and maintaining a sense of delight throughout every stage of the buy journey.
Builds and manages top to bottom funnel campaigns, including strategies, framework, design, content, calls-to-action, and optimization.
Assists in building overall digital marketing strategy and in charge of regular email and leads nurturing campaign planning and strategy optimizations.
Collaborates with internal departments, as well as PAL, AIA and bank counterparts to ensure alignment of BPI-Philam’s overall campaigns and strategies.
Manage and collaborates with content agency for the management of BPI-Philam Corporate email marketing campaigns.
Works and collaborates with email marketing platform providers for the strategy and optimization of email campaigns.
Manage and collaborates with digital media agency for media buys and placements for product promotions.
Works closely with leads management and customer data & insights teams to monitor campaign performance and leads generation to conversion.
Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual campaign reports.
Provides insights and recommendations to marketing and sales based on results and data gathered from campaigns analytics and measurement tools.
Contributes in the preparation of digital marketing reports and plans for presentation to internal and external partners
Other Roles
Effectively manage the marketing GOE & VEA budget.
Work with the various BPI-Philam, AIA Philam Life, AIA Group Office, and bank partners counterparts, and external parties as required.
Support the Marketing Management team to deliver tasks and requirements.
Perform other tasks as may be required by stakeholders.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Liberal Arts, or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing preferably from a financial services company
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints
Strong organizational and planning skills with keen eye for detail and time management
Working knowledge of email marketing platform, familiarity with MailChimp, Netcore Smartech is an added advantage
Insightful and perceptive
Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, video production and editing, MS Powerpoint or Keynote
Possess broad knowledge of best email marketing and/or digital marketing practices
