Job Description

1.      To develop new business opportunities in QH area.

2.      To lead through T&I plan for on-boarded businesses.

3.      To manage and supervise day-to-day operations.

4.      To develop SOP and set up KPI with customers and subcontractors.

5.      To lead the team to work according to SOP and meet the KPI of the customers.

6.      To participate operation review with customers and drive continuous improvement.

7.      To maintain good relationship with customers and explore potential business opportunities.

8.      To answer customers’ enquiry timely and handle complaints.

9.      To develop quotation for ad hoc projects and negotiate cost with subcontractors.

10.  To monitor the performance of subcontractors to ensure both company and customers’ requirements are met.  

11.  To deliver on-the-job training to subordinates and entrust them with responsibilities.

12.  To conduct appraisal with subordinates and provide recommendations on their salary review and promotion.

13.  To prepare reports for analysis and operation review.

Qualifications

1.      University graduate, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

2.      At least 5 years’ relevant experience with 2 years in management capacity.

3.      Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

4.      Good communication and presentation skills.

5.      Self-motivated with commitment to achieve extraordinary results

6.      Strong people management, planning and organization skills

7.      Good Microsoft Office skills and WMS knowledge

8.      Operation experience in Shenzhen bonded warehouses will be an advantage.
