The Job
- To ensure the proper handling of enquiries and complaints regarding trustees, service providers and MPF products;
- Work in collaboration with the investigation team(s) to identify suspected breaches of the MPF legislation and areas of improvement and make recommendations;
- To assist Senior Manager / Manager in formulating and drafting operational procedures and policies;
- To supervise the preparation of management reports and statistics;
- To supervise and give guidance to subordinates in performing their duties; and
- To perform other duties as assigned by management.
The Person
- A recognized degree, preferably in law, finance, economics, accounting, or business discipline, or equivalent;
- At least six years of experience in litigation or compliance, regulatory enforcement / investigation, financial regulation, retirement schemes / pensions or investment / banking, preferably gained from public organizations, large corporations or regulators;
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Mature, flexible and a good team player; and
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
