MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES主要職務

1. Responsible for all engineering works including maintenance of existing and upcoming plants/projects within the Group.
2. Manage works/projects activities to meet its requirements.
3. Carry out in-house feasibility studies and planning for new works.
4. Liaise with in-house departments to provide engineering supports as needed.
5. Perform market research and ad-hoc jobs.

1. 負責跟進集團內所有工程工作，包括維護現有設備及即將開展的設備/工程項目。
2. 管理工程/項目有關事務，確保有關工程符合項目要求。
3. 進行內部可行性研究以及規劃新工程。
4. 與公司內部部門保持溝通，需要時提供工程支援。
5. 進行市場調查及執行上級臨時指派的工作。
   
   

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE 資歷

1. Degree / Higher diploma in Engineering Management/ Project Management with a proven background in multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
2. Minimum 5 years of solid experience with project and contract management, maintenance and site co-ordination work. 
3. Strong analytical skills in planning & design new works.
4. Strong organization and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
5. Experience in plastic recycling industry and production operation would be an advantage.

1. 持有工程管理/項目管理的學位或高級文憑和參予多種工程項目的實證經驗。
2. 5年或以上的項目及合同管理、維護及工地統籌經驗，需對規劃新工作有卓越的分析能力。
3. 具備優秀的的組織和領導才能，以及良好的人際和溝通技巧。
4. 有塑料回收行業和生產營運經驗優先。
5. 以有工程實地工作經驗者為佳，同時，歡迎具備上述條件的退休人士申請此職位。

SKILL 技術

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
2. Good organizational and planning skills;
3. Knowledge in Auto CAD (Computer Aided Design);
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office;
5. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); and
6. Initiative, able to work independently under pressure.
