Implement fundraising strategies, including major donor strategies;
Support the Fundraising/Foundation Governing Body;
Identify potential donors and solicit donations;
Build long-term relations with donors, potential donors to raise fund;
Develop alumni relations strategy and strengthen the ties with alumni via various engagement initiatives;
Organize PR events/activities/exhibitions/ceremonies/campaigns, etc.;
Produce marketing collaterals such as brochures/newsletters/press releases, etc.;
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as media reporters/advertising agencies/school representatives;
Provide secretariat / administrative support to meetings and events;
Perform any other duties to achieve unit’s objectives as assigned by Unit head and manager of CPRO and / or delegates.
Possess a recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Communications or a related discipline;
Have at least 6 years’ relevant working experience (the experience in fundraising, alumni and public relations is preferred), candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive Officer;
Have excellent organisational, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
Be mature, innovative, energetic, self-motivated and capable of mastering various tasks independently under pressure and tight deadlines;
Be a target-oriented and service-oriented team player;
Have excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua;
Be proficient in computer applications.
