What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director of Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:     

• To assist the guests during and throughout their stay and insure all complaints are handled in a caring and professional manner with the proper corrective actions taken.
• To ensure high levels of performance and to motivate all the Fairmont Gold team members, focusing on his/her specific strengths and opportunities.
• To maintain open lines of communication with all other hotel departments.

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to smile warmly and sincerely and express his/her thoughts and actions in a professional manner.
• Strong communication skills to interact with all types of guests and employee situations.
• Past managerial experience is preferred; demonstration of leadership qualities and skills is acceptable.
