Job Description

Job Duties

  • Assist the management in developing relationships with major donors / corporates, identify new potential major donors / corporates and nurture relationships
  • Manage the data base of corporates and major donors , prepare donation analysis, and reports
  • Lead, oversee and manage various aspects of external partnership programs, including content development, staff management, budget and timeline control
  • Work closely with service teams to identify their needs, conceptualize new initiatives and find their niches to attract donations and build new partnerships
  • Prepare funding proposals and related communication materials
  • Plan, implement and promote all fund-raising programmes/events and network building initiatives
  • The post is expected to take up a supervisory role and oversee projects from ideas, execution to completion

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary Education or above with a degree in Communications / Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines and not less than 6 years’ experience
  • Solid experience in more than one of the following specialties: Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Fund-raising, Event management and Communications / Journalism
  • Good at proposal writing and ability to explain complex issues and present proposals in appealing and concise manner
  • Experience in corporate relationship and fundraising in charitable organization are an advantage
  • Innovative, mature, sociable and meticulous
  • Able to work independently for multiple tasks and under pressure
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
