Here is what you need to know about the job:
We are hiring the Assistant Manager / Senior Analyst, Global Rewards role for our Global C&B Center of Expertise (COE) team headed by the VP, Global Rewards to drive our C & B strategic programs worldwide across 44 overseas countries.
You’ll be a key contributor to below team deliverables……
- Build C & B as core HR pillar. Build a C & B framework that underpins our management philosophy, business objectives and talent strategy.
- Be the custodian of the global compensation and benefits programs. Develop, review and enhance our Total Reward (TR) philosophy, programs and framework including the global pay & benefits structure review, job evaluation and leveling, ,etc. in support of our talent strategy, business objectives and geographical diversity.
- Be a strategic partner to HR business partners and senior leaders. Apply TR subject matter expertise to provide analytics of HR metrics and market trend, prepare cost simulation and render consultancy support to your stakeholders regarding TR management.
- Handle Compensation and Benefits Annual Cycle. Supervise, manage and work collaboratively with internal and external providers, various HR teams and country C & B specialist to ensure accurate, timely and successful delivery of year-round C & B projects and exercises.
- Manage full spectrum of C & B policy and procedure review and alignment. Undertake proactive regular review of the C & B policy, guideline, process and procedure for cross country and/or business alignment. Manage the full cycle from design, stakeholders buy-in to management approval seeking, implementation and employee communication
- Champion C & B expertise. Manage large-scale data analysis and modeling simulation and help prepare insights & proposals to be presented to the senior management in driving sound decision making and employee communication deck for execution.
- Help drive excellence, retain and engage talents and facilitate talent mobility. Promote pay for performance culture. Review and design effective variable pay. Review and refine long term incentive plan to motivate pursuit for excellence. Provide international mobility C & B solution.
- Be the centralized custodian of all HR Policies & Practices. Be the centralized hub of all HR policies and practices across geographies and businesses units. Act as the overall custodian to promote a high standard of governance and facilitate full compliance with internal audit mechanism.
- Strive for improvement. Review and improve on an on-going basis and propose new strategic initiatives to achieve and strengthen Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and improve our competitiveness in the talent market.
You will thrive in the role if you ……
- Hold a bachelor degree in Business Studies, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines
- Possess ~4+ years in reward management
- Are highly skilled in Microsoft Excel particularly pivot tables, statistical formula, charts, Power BI and macros
- Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization software. e.g. Tableau, R, SPSS, etc. is a definite advantage
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
