Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Implement grant administration procedures including tracking grant applications, screening, vetting, grant payment and expenditure
  • Implement corporate foundation activities, funding schemes and scholarship programmes
  • Maintain grant databases with proper documentation
  • Prepare progress reports to various stakeholders
  • Assist in developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials, including website, EDM, newsletter etc.
  • Provide supports in organizing events and publicity activities
  • Perform job duties assigned by supervisors
  • Assist in co-ordinate functions and activities for the company

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or Public Administration are preferred
  • 3-5 years’ solid experiences in event management and project management
  • Relevant experiences in grant management or exposures in non-profit organizations and corporate social responsibility companies are preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects by leveraging resources and work cross-functionally to deliver results
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and exercise sound judgement
  • Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, including presentation writing and delivery
  • Strong work ethic and flexible to adapt to change
