Assistant Manager Guest Service
Assistant guest services manager handles guests needs, front-desk operations, and ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction. Assistant Guest services managers assess employee performance, create strategies and services to enhance productivity and increase revenue and profitability.

What you will be doing:
- Must have a thorough working knowledge of the operations to include the parking, reception, cashiering procedures, reservations and outlet services.
- Log and inform Guest Service Manager of any system problems. Suggest any improvements that could be made to improve existing systems and procedures.
- Responsible for training and management of Guest Service Associates.
- Providing excellence in guest service and acting as a liaison between the hotel and our guests
- Communicating and developing relationships with supporting departments
- Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
Your experience and skills include:
- Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- 4 to 5 years of Hotel Industry expérience
- Strong operational / technical knowledge.
- Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, proactive).
- Strong negotiation skills.
