Description
  • Develop internal and external HR communication roadmap to support employer branding stategy.
  • Be reponsible for all initiatives to support EVP implementation in BMW China.
  • To strengthen employee engagement through overall engagement planning and excellent operation, like long service award and best you program, joint-team building, annual dinner, joint event, test drive program, explore creative or smart way of employee engagement.
  • Be reponsible for individual employee communication in engagement programs and handle all gift delivery.
  • Be reponsible for HWE topic including overall planning, alignment with hub and BBA and implmentation.
  • Be reponsible for safety topic implementation and align with hub.
  • Be reponsible for HR Communication Channel on all HR related topics, reviewing and updated the HR internal comms plan. To build up the consistent BMW HR image via content with CoC functions.
  • Enhance and ulitize different communications channels and media(include but not limited to magazine, newsletter, notice, video, etc,.) to ensure effective employee communication at all sites and occasions.
  • To evaluate and improve the effectiveness of all communication measures.
  • To support the trade union and regional HR hub in employee-related benefits/programs.
  • To participate the global employee survey bi-annually, ensure the participation rate and employee satisfaction rate.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Be able to use relevant tools for internal communication. Experience in project management, employee engagement or employee communication is preferred.
  • Good communication/interpersonal skill for internal & external
    Ability to preceive and clearly convey the main ideas of a subject, writing literacy
  • Good command of English, both in writing and Speaking
  • A firm personal style, effective problem slover, ability to deal effectively with change and conflict and excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Good sense of copywriting, art design and system design.
