Responsibilities:
- To assist superior in monitoring recruitment activities being handled efficiently and complied with related ordinances and internal policies
- To oversee staff movement records being processed timely and accurately
- To be responsible for the whole recruitment process including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, offer making, etc.
- To work closely with all Divisions/Departments to provide HR services and advices in a professional manner
- To prepare data analysis reports and recruitment dashboards for management perusal
- To assist in coordinating and organising ad hoc recruitment projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in human resources, business administration or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in sizable organisations with at least 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances/regulations
- Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Proficient in PC operation such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience in data analysis and Tableau will be an added advantage
