Responsibilities:
To assist superior in formulating employee relations policies and procedures, developing year-round strategicinitiatives and plans
To organise, implement and facilitate programmes for enhancement of staff relations, employee wellbeing and staff engagement, including the Employee Assistance Programme, Health and Wellness Programmes,Staff Suggestion Scheme and other welfare programmes
To provide key administrative support to the Staff Club in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of its activities and programmes
To source, identify and obtain approval through proper internal or tendering processes for engaging appropriate external service providers or vendors for staff relations/ recreational activities and welfare programmes so as to ensure the smooth running of the programmes
To be responsible for data analysis in relation to staff relations and Staff Club activities for management perusal
Requirements:
Degree holder in a business discipline, preferably with formal training in Human Resources Management
Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations, preferably in employee relations/ communication
Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
Proficient in PC operation such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge and experience in HR analytics and Tableau will be an added advantage
