Job Description

The Job

Reporting to Manager (Human Resources), the appointee’s major duties will include the following:

  • To provide a full range of human resources (HR) services to designated divisions / departments including recruitment, compensation and benefits management, performance management, staff relations, etc.;
  • To handle daily operation in respect of compensation and benefits management including payroll administration, MPF scheme administration, maintenance of HR related systems;
  • To assist in formulating and implementing HR strategies, policies and programmes in respect of reward management;
  • To conduct data analysis and compile management reports and statistics for effective people management; and
  • To take part in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.

 

The Person

  • A recognized degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, or equivalent;
  • At least six years of relevant experience, preferably with hands-on experience in compensation and benefits gained in sizable or public organizations, and in HRIS system maintenance;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good analytical, organization, problem-solving and project management skills; and
  • Mature, flexible, customer-oriented and a good team player.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Officer.

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
