The Job
Reporting to Senior Manager (Human Resources), major duties of the appointee will include the following:
- To assist in formulating and implementing human resources policies and strategies in respect of the staff training and organization development functions;
- To formulate training and development plans, including the annual training plan, to address development needs of and promote a strong learning culture in the organization;
- To organize training and development programmes including identifying appropriate providers and overseeing the vendor selection process to ensure the delivery of quality training programmes;
- To conduct research and analysis of training needs and programme effectiveness, and compile management reports;
- To assist in drawing up programmes and proposals for organization development projects; and
- To take part in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.
The Person
- A recognized degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, or equivalent;
- At least six years of relevant experience in staff training and / or organization development, preferably gained in sizable or public organizations;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good analytical, organization, problem-solving and project management skills; and
- Mature, flexible, customer-oriented and a good team player.

Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
