PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE: Under guidance of HR Director, provide all-rounded Human Resources (HR) services covering compensation and benefits, policies, staff recruitment and orientation, performance management, learning & development and staff relations and engagement; In-charge of the Affiliate administration and manage the Administrative team to provide full spectrum of administrative service to the Affiliate; serve as the Affiliate Security Coordinator to support security programs implementation, serve as coordinator for company secretarial administrative work and act as secretary to attend Affiliate Compliance Steering Committee meeting and Executive Management Team meetings. Specific Duties: Human Resources (70%) Compensation & Benefits Support HR Director and Area Total Rewards team in formulation of total rewards strategy, including data analysis, review, design and propose benefits programs and policies. Assist in annual budget planning and monitoring Support annual compensation and benefits exercises, such as medical plan and insurance renewals, compensation and benefits surveys, annual salary review process, etc Champion and drive employee well-being program planning and implementation Manage, track and monitor compensation and benefits administration and HR management system and records, including but not limited to payroll preparation, MPF contribution, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, tax filing and HR record maintenance. Talent Acquisition Manage selection and recruitment for openings of Assistant Manager level or below Support HR Director in formulation of talent acquisition strategy Ensure seamless implementation of new employee on-boarding program and compliance related trainings Learning & Development and Organizational Development Support HR Director in formulation of learning and development priorities, including data analysis, review, design and propose benefits programs and policies Deliver talent cycle related trainings and support HR Director to coordinate learning and development activities. Responsible for updating and maintaining training database; prepare and consolidate training reports for management review Be the change agent and help drive AbbVie culture and organizational development Employee engagement and HR operations Assist in employee engagement analysis, action planning and implementation Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and guidelines to ensure that HR policies and procedures are in compliance with the relevant ordinances and company policies Administration Function (30%) Oversee office administration and facilities management. Provide guidance to office administration assistance to ensure smooth daily operation Responsible for annual office administration budget planning and monitoring, office space planning, tenancy management including lease renewal and renovation. Responsible for capital management, including plan for evaluation and renewal of office equipment such as PABX system, copier, pantry facilities, audio & video conferencing facilities and appliances. With guidance from General Manager and HR Director, lead organization of company-wide events, e.g. annual kick-off meetings, town halls, mid-year business review meetings, etc. Act as Affiliate Security Coordinator to ensure the Global security policies, procedures and programs are properly implemented and managed (e.g. security alarm management, fire drill planning & scheduling, access control etc.) Serve as coordinator to liaise with Global / Area Finance and Legal on Company Secretarial Administrative Work Participate in the Affiliate Compliance Steering Committee meetings and Executive Management Team meetings to serve as a secretary to prepare agenda, take minutes and follow up on actions. Qualifications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent At least 5 years of solid experience in human resources Previous experience in multinational organizations will be a great advantage Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and good understanding of HR practices People-oriented, positive thinking, energetic with excellent communication skill good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese.
