 • Responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel.

• Provides user training and support of all property/site systems, network enhancements, hardware and software support.

• Maintains inventory of all hardware products and software licenses, and reviews maintenance agreements.

 •Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity.

• Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.

•Strong leadership, Management, interpersonal skills

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

•Excellent problem solving & decision making skills.

• The suitable Candidate should have minimum 4-7 Years of relevant experience.
