Job Description
This is a fixed-term contract position in IT Corporate Services – Analytics team of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- As the Programme Manager (PM) to manage the implementation of the CRM 360 Platform and to manage the various sub-projects such as loyalty program setup, integration with eMarkplace, MyFlight, Food Ordering etc
- Act as Project Leader for the CRM 360 Platform set up for designing campaigns (Audience segmentation, offer, template, etc) in a single environment. Smoothen campaign creation process and reduce campaign turnaround time, and ensure the project is under control to meet the scope and schedule
- Manage key stakeholders (including Programme Steering Group) and multiple vendors of system integration to ensure the business requirements are technically feasible and ensure the new web portal has smooth system integration and good User Experience (UX)
- Review the security design of the CRM 360 Platform and multiple system interfaces e.g. eMarkplace, MyFlight to ensure the compliance with the Authority’s IT Information Security Policy
- Plan and manage overall programme testing and acceptance activities
- Work closely with vendors and IT backend support teams for overall technical design and resolving project issues and platform problems
- Manage and monitor vendors’ performance for carrying out the project works
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ of IT working experience in which at least 3 years’ project experience in implementation of CRM Platform and Loyalty program related projects
- Substantial experience in overall project management in Platform or Software deployment is preferable
- Working experience in CRM platform, campaign design and loyalty program implementation is preferable
- Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
- Excellent project and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of Saleforce products and solutions
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
