Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the projects of Mobile Application’s design and implementation and maintenance
• Constantly update and report project status to management
• Work closely with all business users and senior management to define and prioritize the use cases
• Manage the technical requirements and design of new app and mobile app platform to ensure the works meeting the quality and time requirement
• Review the security design of system, including interfaces with other systems
• Be the champion of the Agile development methodology and provide guidance to the team during various project stages
• Manage the product backlogs and design of system to ensure the works meeting the quality and time requirements
• Manage the contractors’ on site teams and performance for carrying out the project works and to ensure knowledge transfer for continuous support and maintenance services
• Establish and implement governance control in release management for mobile application and make sure vendors follow the development standards and guidelines for long term product quality, and lay foundation for an effective multi-vendor environment
• Oversee and manage the overall progress of assigned initiatives/ projects and resolve day-to-day issues with stakeholders and users

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• Holder of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
• At least 8 years IT working experience, in which at least 4 years project experience in implementation of mobile applications and cloud based server application projects
• Substantial experience in project management in mobile apps or cloud based software deployment
• Experience in leading agile business transformation or scaling an agile operating model
• Familiar with DevOps and related tools to enable continuous integration and deployments on Cloud Platform
• Solid experience in implementing large scale, public facing and system integration project
• Solid experience in mobile application design, development, testing, implementation, enhancement and maintenance
• Solid experience in API/ Microservice system architecture
• Good knowledge of mobile application development for iOS and Android
• Excellent project and vendor management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
