Job Description
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- As a team leader to manage new requests from Third Runway Division to be handled by IT Helpdesk (both hotline and on-site field technical support team), and to formulate procedures and allocate suitable resources to maintain the services and ensure achievements of service levels
- Supervise the team and manage contractors to ensure the day-to-day IT Service Requests raised by users and as an approver to conduct reviews and approve the requests according to the workflows in place
- Assist the Manager to manage contractors to ensure the delivery of services in according to the workflows in place
- Assist the Manager to manage contractors to ensure the delivery of services in accordance with contract terms and conditions; to review and comment on all submissions from maintenance contractors
- Execute a wide range of technical and system administrative tasks to support mission-critical Airport and Corporate Systems
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in IT Operations and/or Support
- Extensive management experience and technical knowledge on IT Service Management (ITSM)
