The IT Services Department provides a total IT service delivery mechanism to the business. The group exists to ensure that all business areas receive appropriate IT services which in turn facilitates delivery of professional service to clients. The IT Department is organized so that we can deliver high quality end-to-end service and provide real career and technical development opportunities for all IT Services staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with project team to design, deploy and deliver support of IT software and hardware systems
• Anticipating and planning for server and storage upgrade for future needs to fulfil business requirement
• Manage IT infrastructure system (VMWare, Microsoft Windows server, Linux etc.)
• Manage disaster recovery planning (Data backup and restoration, DR plan update and conduct annual DR drill)
• Provide Tier2 support to end users (Exchange 2016, File Access, Internal Apps etc.)

Key requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science
• 4 years IT work experience
• Good experience at Exchange 2016, VMWare, Microsoft Windows and/or Linux platform
• Familiar with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Aliyun etc.)
• Experience in IT projects including coordinate, planning and delivery
• Excellent communication skills
• Good at self-learning and good team player
