The incumbent will be responsible for managing the system delivery and supporting services that are critical to the employees in the areas of administrative and daily operations especially the OneCard system which aims to provide innovative and convenience experience to all our employees and visitors among all our factory sites worldwide.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee development and delivery of IT projects. Work within and across teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery
• Work closely with our business partners, product owners and business analysts to understand and shape functional and non-functional requirements
• Exercise expertise in technologies to influence and transform the traditional business models and processes to more modern solutions
• Provide development plans to meet business demands with state-of-the-art technologies
• Participate in proof-of-concepts of emerging technologies such as image recognitions and make recommendations on how these technologies can be incorporated into our IT systems to generate values to our business
• Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead developers to help them achieve the expected performance levels
• Manage release and sprint planning, conduct periodic scrum meetings

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in system deployment, with minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience
• Well versed in SDLC and hands-on experience with tools for different phases in SDLC
• Proven track record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual or as a team leader to solve business problems
• Experienced in server side and client side applications; experienced in mobile applications preferred
• Strong project management, technical and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about technologies, self-motivated, team player, able to collaborate with others to deliver solutions and pursuit business goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels in different regions
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

We offer 5-day work week. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
