The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Manager on the design, implementation, support and maintenance of IT services, server infrastructure and Cloud services to deliver high quality IT applications and end user computing services. He or she also contributes to the formulation of IT project initiatives and business cases when seeking on-going improvement on end user computing and IT infrastructure features, functions and quality.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the development and management of IT security framework to ensure adequate IT controls are in place to meet statutory, regulation and IT general control requirements
• Assis the development and management of information security awareness program to rise information security awareness of the Group
• Assist the development and execution of disaster recovery plan (DRP) and business continuity plan (BCP) to ensure business service continuity
• Assist the design and implementation of IT infrastructure consists of server, storage, operating systems, Microsoft directory services, Microsoft Office 365 and other Cloud services to support provision and delivery of IS/IT applications and end user computing services to meet business user requirements through analyzing the operating and business requirements of these IS/IT services
• Assist the planning and management of IT technical system components and supervise their support activities to ensure stability, reliability, performance and security for meeting predefined performance targets
• Assist to conduct information security related activities to ensure the appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard corporate infrastructures and information, and promote security awareness training program
• Ensure that the development and operations of IT infrastructure in compliance with technical, security, quality and project management standards and requirements defined in the IT project plan, quality plan and service quality standards
• Provide technical advisory services and prepare technical specifications on IT infrastructure and end user computing technologies to support enterprise architecting, information system development, software package selection, consultancy services and business development activities
• Evaluate, compare and recommend new IT infrastructure technologies, IT vendors and technology solution providers to reduce technology risks
• Compile and analyze information relating to IT technical system components status, usage statistics, system availability, reliability and performance figures through appropriate system management tools for regular review, planning, improvement and budgeting purposes

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree holder in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Participated in formal project management training, CISA / CISSP is preferable, ITIL foundation or above
• Familiar with Cloud provisioning and adoption, Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 and Azure
• Proven track records of vulnerability assessment and management; risk assessment and management; identity and access management
• Prior experience in promoting security awareness training program
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proactive, committed in continuous learning, good team player
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Based in Hong Kong with occasional travel to PRC and overseas

We offer 5-day work week. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
