Job Posting Details

The appointee will assist in administering research grants with duties including coordinating review of proposals and monitoring submissions to funding agencies; organizing workshops/seminars; analyzing research data and compiling reports, and providing executive support to committees/task forces. He/She will also work closely with relevant offices in grant matters, supervise junior staff in execution of work and take up ad hoc projects as assigned.  Preference will be given to those who have experience in handling research grants and related matters. 

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate should be well-organized with good communication skills, attentive to details and with a strong sense of responsibility.  He/She should be self-motivated, muti-task oriented and with a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
