Assistant Manager Learning & Development / Manager Learning & Development
This position is responsible to oversee and manage the learning and development process for all talent in the hotel. This position will ensure that all learning activities support AccorHotels philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution.
You will have to ensure that all members of the team are aware of the company mission, live the values and are consistent in their behavior to enable excellence in serving and anticipating guest needs.
Job Description
- Create, implement, and facilitate a resort training plan that is aligned with the property and brand goals and strategic plan.
- Networking and building relationships with managers, trainers and colleagues within the resort to better understand and respond to different needs.
- Initiates, coordinates, executes and follows up on all training activities within the resort.
- Actively initiates relationships and partnerships with industry associations, external training companies and academic counsels related to the hospitality industry.
- Manage internal and external learning and development communication.
- Deliver Trainer development program to develop, assess and certify new departmental trainers.
Work Experience
- Experience of designing and delivering a range of high quality and targeted learning activities for specified needs.
- Good levels of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal skill & detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
