Job Description

 Responsible for all taxation related compliances in respect of GST, TDS, VAT, ESI, PF etc.

 Assistance in legal proceedings related to all the matter arising from compliance related issues like response to notices, assessments, appeals etc.

 Monthly MIS : Responsible for preparation of complete MIS reports for the unit in respect to monthly review meetings & reporting to Owning company.

 Payroll Processing : Completely responsible for payroll processing of 300+ employees & keeping a track of all transactions relating to payroll.

 Month Closures: Performing all month ending tasks such as P&L submission, Accruals, Prepaid, etc

 Reviewing all legal and company law related matters and ensuring smooth audit closures

 Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Preparation of Balance sheet reconciliation on a monthly basis of various balance sheet items and identification of any mismatches and gaps.

 Assisting in audit and financial statements preparations as per applicable laws.

 Responsible in preparation of monthly P&L forecasts by reviewing various financial reports.

 Doing variance analysis by identifying various key factors responsible.
