Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Report to Senior Finance Manager
  • Responsible for stock planning, replenishment and inventory management for China and overseas markets
  • Responsible for the monthly financial closing, using ACCPAC ERP system.
  • Liaise and coordinate order processing with customers, forwarders, vendors, logistic and warehouse team and finance team to ensure smooth supply chain system
  • Preparation of inventory report
  • Assist in QC on finished product
  • Process the purchase order in accordance with ACCPAC system
  • Handling of replacement of orders and prepare internal documentation forms.
  • Enforce policies, guidelines and SOPs for continuous improvement of the overall operation process
  • Perform other ad-hoc activities which are assigned by superior. 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Management/ Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience in inventory management and logistics operation
  • A team player with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and accept challenges
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • IT literate, hands on experience with ERP (ACCPAC is highly preferred)
  • Well versed in excel spreadsheet
