Job Descriptions
- Manage global infrastructure operations, cloud data centers, network, server, storage and security
- Liaise with vendors, conduct KPI performance reviews and contract negotiations
- Design infrastructure deployments and manage assigned projects by working with global and regional office/vessels
- Provide security, risk assessment related technical support and services, including identifying system vulnerabilities and performing security administrative work
- Provision new users with hardware, software and account setup
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems
- Assist with network connectivity issues
- Provide great communication and customer service to company employees, in person and through phone calls and emails
- Work on assigned tasks and projects, including hardware and software rollout
- Give training when needed to help facilitate users requests and in the implementation of company projects
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- ITIL, Symantec, CCNA, SQL knowledge and certification preferred
- 3-5 years or above hands on experience in infrastructure, network and security from MNC or vendors
- At least 5 years or above relevant experience in LAN/WAN network system implementation, server administration and trouble-shooting
- Experience in security risk assessment, audit, vulnerability scanning, data and application security
- Excellent presentation (both verbal and written) and communications skills
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese
- Mature; analytical and stable personality with good problem solving; interpersonal skills and business sense
