This position is responsible for supporting the implementation of process re-engineering and continuous improvement for manufacturing excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out re-engineering and continuous improvement activities including root cause analysis, solution set development, implementation and corrective action plans
• Develop factory layout, workflow and standard procedure to maintain efficient and safe utilization of manpower and facilities
• Identify new technologies, systems, processes and/or equipment for process improvements
• Identify and implement best practices across operational areas
   

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Production Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project design and management, preferably within the textile or apparel industry
• Sound knowledge of Industrial Engineering including work study, workplace design, layout planning and design 
• Knowledge of Lean/ Six Sigma manufacturing is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office Application and AutoCAD
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A team player with strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Positive, adaptable and willing to learn
• Flexible to travel to China frequently

We offer 5-day work week. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
