Client & Services Management
Key Responsibilities
- Handle MPF & ORSO enquiries through hotlines & emails
- Provide outbound service support through clients’ loyalty programs.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests and administrative follow-ups
- Handle projects and other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- College graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking or financial industries, preferably in call centre / customer service environment
- Good understanding of MPF and ORSO is preferable
- Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must.
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal skill
- Positive attitude, well organized and a good team player
- Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
- Passed MPF Intermediaries Examination and / or with SFC Licensed Representative qualification
