Client & Services Management
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle MPF & ORSO enquiries through hotlines & emails
  • Provide outbound service support through clients’ loyalty programs.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests and administrative follow-ups
  • Handle projects and other tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • College graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking or financial industries, preferably in call centre / customer service environment
  • Good understanding of MPF and ORSO is preferable
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must.
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal skill
  • Positive attitude, well organized and a good team player
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
  • Passed MPF Intermediaries Examination and / or with SFC Licensed Representative qualification
