Communicating to all stakeholders (Internal/External customers, Sales Professionals...etc) End to end documentation for the deals closed. Follow up for pending documents, Handling of case disbursement documents & solving issues wit the help of SFSPL. Supporting in account opening & LC, for applicable cases. We don’t need superheroes, just super mind Graduate in any stream with good academics. Good Proficiency in English & Hindi (read/write). Any additional language proficiency would be of advantage. Working experience in Customer Handling, Calling & generating business leads...etc. Knowledge on systems/tools/applications (eg CRM, MS Office tools...etc), Good knowledge about Financial Services would be of advantage.
